Stackers
F-IL pallet stackers increase handling performance with the power of their motors and high load capacities.
They are ideal for handling in narrow aisles or service elevators. The stacker can safely transport loads up to 2500 kg on ramps and uneven floors.
The delicate control of the lift mast facilitates handling, because all the lifting movements are very precise.
Thanks to the foldable platform option, operators can travel short and medium distances in warehouses without any difficulty. The special suspension of the platform eliminates vibrations and shocks when traveling and the non-slip rubber mat guarantees operators a secure hold.
STACKER FEATURES
The stacker can only be used when the drawbar is in the working position. And it activates an electromagnetic braking system if the operator moves the drawbar to the upper or lower end position. Slight resistance before the end of the stroke prevents unintentional braking.
All control elements are ergonomically arranged in the drawbar head and are intuitively accessible. This makes the working day easier. The same goes for electric power steering. Thanks to this, the operator can maneuver without great effort. Generously designed storage compartments provide space for work devices such as scanners.
Load capacity from 1000 to 2000 kg with a powerful motor. These stackers guarantee efficient handling processes. At the same time, the robust chassis gives the accompanying pallet truck a high residual load capacity. Loads can be moved with great precision. The forks land softly using the soft landing feature. The optional display of the load weight is useful in many handling processes.
